BUSR Withholding $20,000

Signed up for BUSR and got a 2500 deposit bonus. Bet on the homerun derby/played online slots. Hit on teoascar hernandez and some slots and ran It up to 20,000. Next day I go to go on the account and its locked. They tell me 24-72 hours for a security review, I upload the documents and they're approved. Then they tell me there's a second review and the review could take MONTHS to be completed but won't even tell me what they're reviewing. How is this allowed? I just want to get my money off the site.

That's what's frustrating, most of my action is sharp action but on this account It was just for the FP. Basically threw random long shot darts and degen slot shit into It. Makes no sense why they'd lock It up
