Recent withdrawal was denied, with the following reason -- "Your Wallet ID contains transactions. Please submit another request, with a new Wallet ID."

I have used this Wallet ID before, at other books (both for deposit & withdraw). No problems at the other books.

Are they asking for a brand-new Wallet ID? So a brand-new address, that has never been used before?
