Lets assume you're right. People willingly were taking drugs at Diddy's home. That's not surprising. But then, why are there charges being filed? The prosecution would have no case unless, the drugs were not taken willingingly (but lets say they were) OR the subsequent "Freak Off" participation by these visitors wasn't voluntary.

Just because someone takes drugs willingly doesn't give Diddy and others the right to sexually assault them or are you saying they did the Freak off willingly too? If all this was willing participants, the prosecution would know that they had no case and would never have brought charges. Its doesn't add up.

Finally, what about the subsequent blackmail/coercion by Diddy in using the video tapes of the Freak Offs to make the "volunteers" come back for more? He said he'd release the videos and ruin their music/acting careers? That's voluntary by the participants????

The prosecution would have zero witnesses if it was all voluntary.
It makes no sense to me.
