haha makes sense. So you're saying the majority of the people check/buy cars on Saturdays?

we do business every day of the week, but typically Saturdays are better b/c kids are off school and parents are home from work. So Saturday they have more time available to spend shopping for cars. i do business throughout week but Saturdays people schedule their car pick up a lot too.

I have customer picking up within hour.

He clearly has a love for it. I couldn’t do his job. All day and not sell something to me would ne a wasted day. No money

it's def frustrating job but you get used to it. This week for example I had 1 customer back out unwilling to order a vehicle and unwilling to change colors. The exact vehicle they want...only 12 of them exists within 250 miles. The entire northeast and only 12 exist. i couldn't swap with another dealer and customer unwilling to order or take another color. Super frustrating, so refund that deal.

2 customers I'm working deals with and we are negotiating, they make an offer and we accept the offer and then customer says no thanks we are going to hold off. Like what the fukk. You made an offer, we agreed and now you say NO. makes no sense

and then yesterday I had a loyal mini van customer been buying since 2011 switch brands and buy a Honda. i thought I had an easy sale and she called me in afternoon saying she bought honda

so this week has been tough for sure, only 2 sales for me where in my mind I should have had at least 5. but that's sales life. We have weeks delivering 1 car and I've had 10 car weeks

NOW....end of month is just another day. Same deal as beginning of month
