Easy. Much like salmon croquettes you use canned salmon - use chicken. I always add an egg or 2 - makes them ‘puff up’ a little when you bake them. You can use this as a ‘guide’, or tailor it to your taste. I don’t like to cook them in the skillet, because then you have to flip them - if you have an air fryer, spray foil base with cooking spray, make patties & put them on the foil, spray the top with cooking spray, 400 degrees for like 10 minutes…..
