I take a cookie sheet and line it with aluminum foil and put the slices on top. I put my broiler on high and broil it for 4 or 5 minutes and then flip the slices and broil for another 4 to 5 minutes. That's some good stuff.
After chopping it up it goes well in a tortilla with some guac and some hot sauce and sour cream and maybe some cheese. Easy AF to make and it tastes delicious.
