It helps over time, but you have to keep using it just like you have to keep going back to a chiropractor to get adjusted. It’s all maintenance for the rest of my life.

Yeah, depending on the muscle pull, it can be a bitch. Best thing is not to push it, don't let it become a lingering little bitch. Could be 3 days to two weeks before a good pull eases up, and even then, you don't want to risk pulling it again. 3 days to two weeks a big range, depends on severity and person. Go easy tonight, that's for sure.
