Great news

I recently learned USDA Dietary Guidelines says to limit added sugar to 50g per day and 2 alcoholic drinks or less for men. That's 40 pounds of sugar and 730 drinks per year! I found when I gave up soda I started eating more sweets.

I blew past my alcohol allotment somewhere around the end of March…..
