I hit the Jets +8 tonight, and it sure seems like rightfully so.

If I did have the Chiefs, and and Mahomes goes into the end zone, I'd feel dirty as hell.

Refs bailed them out on both 3rd and 20+ plays down the stretch.

Not only did the Chiefs not deserve to cover the spread in that game, they barely deserve to win it.

I felt the same, only that ref wasn't trigger happy. In fact, he waited until the play ended, post interception, to throw the flag.

It is what it is, which is the NFL.

The Jets defense outplayed KC, but couldn't outplay the refs.

Despite what the ending appears to be, with Mahomes and Auto going out of bounds, this wasn't about KC possibly covering, it was about KC possibly losing the game outright, but definitely not covering the spread.

I can't say the same about a Jets win.
