Gonna be eating like crap next weekend for Super Bowl, so we went ‘healthy’ish. Made a roasted cauliflower potato ‘chowder’ - roasted everything, the carrots, onion, garlic, cauliflower, potatoes, then puréed the cauliflower with some broth & butter to make the base. Topped it with some cheese & bacon bits…..
