No comps. But yes it is very fancy. Thankfully a friend of the family was in town who ended up picking up the bill. I believe he plays a lot at MGM properties so he may have gotten it comped. Not really sure

It was a 9 lbs 3 rib piece. 500 degrees for 30 minutes, 320 degrees for about 2 more hours. I actually don't like cooking this at home because the smoke detectors always go off. I have to disconnect a few.
