Love how you cook your eggs. I am an over medium egg person. That looks perfect but not in the mood to wait that long for potatoes to cook after seeing this thread.
But I am loving how the scale looks. I have had the flu for a week now and haven't seen this weight in a good 15-20 years. Although, I have lost a ton of muscle weight

If you like turmeric, you should try beef rendang. That was one of my favorite dishes when I lived in Singapore for a few months during my consulting job.
The sauce is reduced so it concentrates the coconut milk and garlic, ginger and spices.
