I want him to stop paying rent, I want you to call the Sheriff and try to evict him but he will have California renters rights and not have to pay you. I want @Tanko to cause you pain , suffering and loss of rental income. I was bullied as a child and have very low self esteem, so seeing others suffer makes me feel happier as a person.
