I have not bought it yet, there are like 15 bars for sale there now. Thinking about this one and others. There are many obstacles but I am doing it for sure. This one is nice but not the best location. The main challenge for me is I do not have what all other foreign bar owners there have. They all have Cambodian girlfriends helping with everything. That is an issue for me. But I will find a way. Finding good quality girls is a challenge too but it is all with connections. It will happen in due time!
