Guys what we need to do is look at the Cone contracted network of rehab facilities and CALL ALL OF THEM TODAY

We need answers.

He would not likely be at a Cone Facility. The lady I spoke with at the Cone hospital indicated that he was not currently in their system anywhere and that her search was for all their locations.

As far as which rehabs are associated with Cone (other than Cone named facilities directly), that would be tough to track down since many hospitals send people to any place that has available space. You would be calling every rehab center in the Greensboro and associated areas.

Finally, as I mentioned before. If he indicated he did not want to be contacted, any facility will just tell you he's not there.

I'm willing to help in any way to track down how he's doing but we'd need some more info to go on.

Agree - but given he was a regular poster and started the thread - if he didn’t want the attention I don’t think he would have brought attention to the situation.

A single quick call or pop in to check on him and report back with an update (and allow him to expand further when he is ready/able) - I don’t see as being overly invasive or stalkery in this case.

Honestly - it’s tough for some people to understand- but not everyone has huge families or multiple friends. Some people have a ton of “acquaintances” who they see daily - but not many or no one closer than that. It used to just be people as they got older and the nature of being older and friends/family passing on. Thats changed over time and with COVID even more and more commonplace. Hell - if it wasn’t for the wife - doubt I’d have daily contact with any single person most days. Trust me - being alone in a hospital/nursing home-rehab sucks. Seen it before and there’s a reason those places feel so depressing - because they are.

I've spent about a two days on this. I've called numerous hospitals and rehabs and looked for information on him in his home area and have not found anything. He is either not involved much with social media, nor have many public records, or I have the wrong name. I continue to look.

I do not have his number or this would have been simple.
Not sure what else to do to get an update on him.

It is upsetting, no doubt. All of our speculation, but obviously, he can't reach the forum and certainly would do so. Considering the circumstances, it does seem at minimum an awful struggle physically, and we can only hope that he is being cared for still.

Nah Ck specifically bets from 2-5K every bet for the last two years I’ve been here and has never strayed from those amounts. Besides he was running very well with his bets up until the point he created this thread no need to chase with a large bet. Makes absolutely no sense to come to this conclusion.

Yeah it does. Sometimes people can go along betting just fine and then get in deep over their heads. I've seen it happen to close friends of mine.
