People tend to get neurotic nowadays if you can still fight and fukk and physically enjoy life don't worry about it. 140lb guy needs to gain weight and strength and a 300lb guy needs to lose weight and move around more.
If your weight is the same but your body fat seems to be falling, then what's the problem? You're gaining muscle and losing fat. You're not stuck at all.
If you want to lower your body fat % it basically is calories in and out. Are you actually measuring everything? Many people underestimate calories.
Don't drink your calories. And if you insist on not just drinking water, drink biosteel not gatorade. Way better for you, zero sugar, 5 cal per packet (i.e. 5 cal per liter of water).
