It was a serious question. I’m wondering if gay people use the gym as a pickup place like some men do with women at bars.
I’m not offended by the question, yes they have, but it’s more the “f*** me eyes” that is disgusting but quite funny at the same time. At this point I just laugh at it, walk away and say “fuckin’ queers” in a hillbilly voice.

I think if a dude hit on me at the gym, I might punch him. Then again I guess it depends on if he looked like Gilligan or Dwayne Johnson. 😁

Plan to be back in the gym on Monday, but to be honest elbow hasn’t really progressed, not at all.

So probably not back in Gym Monday, except maybe to do some contained grip work.

And leg lifts in a walking boot, lol.

remind me , why the walking boot? achilles?

No just a broken middle toe. Basically stubbed 4 toes, pretty clearly broke one and jammed up the rest. Hurt in the foot a little, but I don't thinkit's going to last or any major damage.

It will be 4 weeks Sunday but I've been moving into a shoe a bit this week.

Walking boot was just real comfrotable last couple of weeks. I probably could have taped and limped around, but I'm glad I had the boot.

Don't expect the foot injury to linger around too much, I should be back on the elliptiall and leg press sometime over the next week or two. Was one of the reason I wanted back in the gym monday.

Elbow is a lingering bitch though. I'll be back in the gym, for sure, just going to still be limited. I know I can continue to heal the elbow while also doing some excercises.

Almost feel like immobilizng the arm, possibly in a sling but would still use my shoulder or at least keep it moving.

The boots are cool as hell.
They come with a button you push to inflate them to make them tight like the Reebok Pump. Secures the entire foot.

yeah great for furthering our western world foot atrophy issues. 29 muscles 26 bones 33 joints over 100 ligaments and tendons and we do a great job immobilizing our feet and turning them into useless stinky meat clubs that allow impact forces to ruin our other LE joints and backs

yeah, been real careful to not keep it in the boot. There have just been some days where it had to stay in.

I hear what you're saying, for me it's a bigger concern the the injury itself after just a few days of healing.

That's why the idea of even immobilizing the arm just to get the elbow of a hump seems so ridiculous to me.

After I hurt the elbow in the gym it got better after two weeks. It stopped hurting and I was ready to work on grip and work my way back. I was stoked.

Then I smashed a black widow with a shovel and felt it right in the forearm and elbow, bringing all the pain back and it hasn't recovered since. Good thing is no real swelling or discoloration, or anything like that.

It just feels like I'm hurting it when gripping anything and using it to hold and move things. Nagging fukkin shit.

For the foot, haven't been in the boot at all today and not even in a shoe. Yesterday wore shoes only, felt pretty good. A couple toes and even the one knuckle feels a little jacked, but I'm going to strat limiting my restrictions this next week.
