yeah great for furthering our western world foot atrophy issues. 29 muscles 26 bones 33 joints over 100 ligaments and tendons and we do a great job immobilizing our feet and turning them into useless stinky meat clubs that allow impact forces to ruin our other LE joints and backs
yeah, been real careful to not keep it in the boot. There have just been some days where it had to stay in.
I hear what you're saying, for me it's a bigger concern the the injury itself after just a few days of healing.
That's why the idea of even immobilizing the arm just to get the elbow of a hump seems so ridiculous to me.
After I hurt the elbow in the gym it got better after two weeks. It stopped hurting and I was ready to work on grip and work my way back. I was stoked.
Then I smashed a black widow with a shovel and felt it right in the forearm and elbow, bringing all the pain back and it hasn't recovered since. Good thing is no real swelling or discoloration, or anything like that.
It just feels like I'm hurting it when gripping anything and using it to hold and move things. Nagging fukkin shit.
For the foot, haven't been in the boot at all today and not even in a shoe. Yesterday wore shoes only, felt pretty good. A couple toes and even the one knuckle feels a little jacked, but I'm going to strat limiting my restrictions this next week.
