Seriously - the WFH thing is a mixed bag. I did it well before COVID - working out of my car/house and a 1 man office. It’s nice at times - but a lot of places abuse their employees worse knowing you have the potential to slack off and overwork you.

I live 35 miles from my work office - rule is 30 miles you just at least do hybrid - any more you can be 100% - there’s a reason I picked where I lived when moving to take this role. I can drive IF I ever want to and connect with leadership - but don’t have to report in and nothing they can say.
