I don't like many of the changes made at Heritage in the last year. I'd still consider playing there even without a bonus. My biggest issue with them is their software. It is just horrible .
Most of my bets go in using mobile but it takes like 10 minutes to get a bet in or I may just give up usually. GET RID OF THE BOATWARE PLEASE!

If you would like us all to give Heritage another chance; The 100% reload cash bonus (10 X Roll) for football season seems to be the only way people will give Heritage another chance. I have no idea what your role is at the Book, however if you could pass this to the Marketing Dept, or to Upper Management and tell them this is what the customers want, we would all greatly appreciate it!

Agree about the software. It's been brutal for me to use Heritage the past couple of days. Very slow loading. Lots of jerky movements. So tedious to do anything on that site.

It was not resolved. They cancelled a baseball wager before the game started. So, I made a live wager, so I didn't miss the side. My bet lost and the cancelled wager was graded as a loss around an hour after the game ended. They had no explanation as to why that original wager was cancelled and it was out of their control. I would not have made the live wager if the original wager hadn't been cancelled.

Heritage customer service for matters like this is the absolute worst.

They always argue that any problems such as this are your fault. And they can’t seem to understand simple factual logic explaining things
