You just listed the 4 sports you should be betting on and can make coin on. It may be boring as hell at 1st, but 3/4 do not have refs blowing a fvcking whistle changing your outcome. You just have to cap that player/driver. Nascar is ONLY watchable it you are betting match-ups. Than every lap/wreck/pitt stop means something. daily match-up golf then every hole mans something. I prefer watching WNBA more than the guys but again only if action on it. I really can do away with all sports if no money on the line. I really don't consider myself a fan anymore.
To answer the question, all of them if no action. Just 1 than soccer. i like it but hate the draw line and don't think anyone can win betting that sport. I have done well to avoid it the last 1.5 years. It helps avoiding it being on the West Coast now as I don't need that "filler" before NCAA F/NFL/NCAA B on weekends and starts so early.

As you stated, H2H sports are easier to cap but, to really get an edge, you have to be focused on the sport continuously during that season to do it well. It can't be just a short review of the card to look for plays.
Lots of money to be had in H2H if you put some work behind your plays.
Le, i agree golf is so boring to watch, heck several yrs ago i knew this girl that use to tape it and then watch it, man what type of life did she have lol
