I used to. Lot of that is when you have been drunk for weeks and months straight emotional control just isn't there. I have only had one drink in the last 38 days and that was the Season Opener and I just felt guilty afterward and it was literally just the one drink. Had I not got in the hot tub I would not have, I can't get in there without at least one tall can to take down when I am in there.

Flat betting helps too. I always kind of thought I was flat betting for the most part, once I started tracking again I realized I was all over the map. Like I am legit going to 1 unit flat bet every singe NFL game (No Colts games I am just too bad at them) this season just to see what happens.

When I lose I normally just get quiet and try to learn something. I don’t get mean at all though.
