Justbet - Account Disabled

Hello,

Been stressed for the last few months due to a situation with JustBet. I've just stumbled across this site and realized i'm not the only one!


So my account was disabled randomly on 05/24/2024 back after I had just completed rollover for a bonus they offered.

They asked for selfie and a selfie with my ID, which I provided on the day.
They then sent a payout form that I completed.

It has now been around 2 MONTHS without any response from the KYC team. Multiple unanswered emails and no help from livechat.


Looking at all the posts i'm not the only one in this situation, just posting about my experience.

At this point, anyone without a Bookmaker or Justbet acct should keep it that way. They're stiffing/slowpaying a lot (all?) of their new customers.

Finally got an email back from Justbet today after 2 months.... turns out to be a 'Get back in the action' reload offer email. Quite hard when your account is disabled!!!
