Maybe someone from management will see this...

1. Half the time the re-bet function doesn't work. If the line moves you should be able to re-bet, or if 61 secs have passed and the line is the same you should be able to re-bet. Half the time it says I've reached my max no matter how long I wait or if the odds have changed (and they almost always do change on my bets). Chat denies this is possible.

2. Frequent issue: Click on My account and it just sends you back to sportsbetting.ag. Click on cashier, same thing.

3. The total balance shows your cash balance added together with any freeplay you might have. If you go to make a bet with your entire balance it rejects it without saying why. You then have to click on your balance to see what your actual cash balance is. (Stop treating freeplay as cash, they're different currencies).

4. The rollover calculator is more banged up than the Gaza Strip. Fortunately the cashier area seems to actually know what amount of your balance is withdrawable.

5. There is no refresh button for lines, so tons of odds are stale. You need an odds service to see the truth and even then you're placing your bet just hoping the odds service is correct.

5.b. If a given bet has a max of $2000 and you click on some line of -105, then your risk will be 2100 to win 2000. Well sometimes this bet won't go through. Why? Because the true odds have moved to let's say +101 and now the software thinks you're trying to risk 2100 to win >2100 which is above their $2000 limit.

5.c. Sometimes if you have a $0 cash balance or a pending bet such that you have $0 cash available, you can't use your freeplay because you get an error saying your balance is $0. Relatively rare but I've had to call in to actually wager my freeplay.

6. Halftimes, due to the price volatility (therefore you have no idea what the line is without an odds service and even it could be wrong as odds move fast), are basically unbettable. Not to mention half the time they're virtually hidden on the website or appear in random locations.

Could probably add 5 more if I thought longer about it. Please add to this list if I missed anything.

None of these problems existed with the classic software. For the love of god, please give us back classic as a guaranteed option that can always be accessed.

That’s a very thorough and complete list. I have noticed most of these issues as well.

Many halftimes are impossible to find.

Classic is so easy to use, easy to find different events, and doesn’t take you on an endless loop of cashier & homepage.

All these things are issues…. The site is so glitchy and your trying to click on one thing, and when you do it sends you somewhere else… my main issue with BOL and SB is that it takes atleast 2 to 3 attempts to do the one thing that you intended to do. Their site can be exhausting. Time to fix the glitches BOL/SB.

I've had some battles with them about rollovers. CS is clueless. Some of them think that rollover is cumulative/sticky even if you lose a deposit+ bonus the roll gets added to your next deposit.

I've had the issue escalated to a manager, and the manager also gets it wrong. Then subsequent complaints always get replies from CS agents echoing what the manager said... even though they can't refute when I explain what my roll should be, while backing up my claims with bet receipts and the bonus terms and conditions.

A big issue is that that the rollover calculation is a bit of a mystery. There is a funny cash wallet, bonus wallet and bonus funds and even though you can't choose the money that you're betting will, the rollover is weighted differently depending on if it's cash funds of bonus funds that you're betting with.

If this sounds confusing, it is, and it's been explained to me a number of different way, yet there is no real way to verify how it really works.
