What about the other religion?
If they don't allow other religions, they are forcing Christianity on everyone. Would kind of be like Iran. The only way to avoid that is to allow any religion to post stuff in every classroom.

Including:
Quran (Islam)
The five precepts (Buddhism)
The loka-dharma (Hindu)
The Torah (Jewish)
Satanism
Wicca (paganism)
etc....

This will never stand. It will be brought up in court and knocked down. These lawmakers are idiots.

Agreed

Education and religion are seperate concerns. Its a parents responsibility or right to educate their kids on religious matters. The same applies with Gender Classification , which they are now asking teachers in Canada to educate 8 year old kids on. It was met with a resounding NO FUKKING WAY. It's not the schools responsibility to impose that sort of " education " on your child

They are actually cunning and might win. I saw the article yesterday and they're smart enough not to just have the Ten Commandments as a stand-alone document which would definitely be unconstitutional. They place it with other documents like the Declaration of Independence to make it look "non-secular" as a whole which I don't think it does but still enough to give an argument that it's "non-secular."

And then there's the 5th Circuit Court which is ultra conservative that covers Texas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. I don't know how the trail court will rule but no matter what the ruling is that decision will be appealed and 5th Circuit will rule it's constitutional. Then it goes to the Supreme Court which I think will a 50/50 chance.

The Supreme Court has Alito and Thomas being lock and step (and some say paid... lol) in ruling ultra conservative. Then there's three Trump's appointed justices which I would say Gorsuch and Barrett would rule it's constitutional. Now Kavanaugh is the third one but not quite sure about him. If rumors are true, then he was wavering on overturning Roe v. Wade and Alito was the one who leaked the decision to force Kavanaugh not to waver. But that's rumors and he's still new at the SC. Currently, I would argue you have 4 solid votes that it's constitutional and 3 liberals who would vote unconstitutional. So now you're looking at either Kavanaugh or Roberts to be the 5th vote which wouldn't be too hard but still not given. Nevertheless, it can happen and there you go.
