MARATHONBET everlasting verification

After I won quite a big sum, MarathonBet limited the withdrawals and sent a letter that I must complete the verification and requested some documents on the 26th of August. The same day I sent the documents. Then, on the 29th of August there was another letter asking more documents and photos. I sent them the same day. After that no letters, support team says that there are no terms for verification and that I must wait for their letter. Verification process now lasts for more than 14 days. I can’t withdraw the funds. I think that Marathonbet intentionally protracts the verification so that I couldn’t withdraw the funds. I am asking the support almost every day and they just answer that I have to wait…

I have submitted a complaint form, but didn’t get any confirmation that you get it.

Yes, we received your complaint yesterday. We will ask BMR Dispute Matt to check on this but please remember it will take 2-4 business days to hear you back. Also, I remove the part where you post your personal information to protect your privacy.

Same here, waiting for verification since end of July. I am Marathonbet customer for almost 10 years, have never made a withdrawal. Since July I have sent them 10+ copies and photos and since end of August I don't get any helpful reply or information why the verification takes so long.

I am not sure if Marathonbet is scam but they do their best to get a scam rating when they can't explain why verification takes weeks or months when other companies finish it within a few minutes or days.

Why is Marathonbet rated with B+ on BMR? There are dozens of complaints in the past months.
I filled out the complaint form last Wednesday, hope you had a chance to reach someone (except the bots) there. Thanks for your help.

I've been getting emails like this for the last six weeks:

"Your Marathonbet account was selected for our standard verification process.

Thank you for your patience whilst this review continues. We will be in touch with you as soon as it is complete.

Please note: This e-mail was sent from a notification-only address that cannot accept any incoming e-mail. Please do not reply to this message."

"The verification process is still ongoing, the relevant department will contact you as soon as they have an answer for you. We understand your frustration, and we apologize for the delay. At this stage, we thank you for your patience and your kindness."

My issue has been solved. Verification finished after almost 7 weeks, withdrawal received.
Not sure if BMR has mediated, didn't hear back after my complaint a week ago.

The B+ rating for Marathonbet should be considered when so many users has to wait weeks for their verification.
