My sleep patterns don't stay the same for long. With the medication I take, and other issues, it's hard to maintain a good sleep pattern. Right now, I'm usually up, most mornings around daylight then a mid-morning nap depending on what time I went to sleep.You are early riser RR. I'm just making coffiee.

Also, I drove a truck for a living for a few years and then worked swing shift for almost 20 years, so there are no odd hours for me.
28 day turn around, 8-hour swing shift for 3 years. Then a 28 day turn around, 12-hour swing shift for the rest.
