the variety of music i listen to is all over the place. 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, 2010s,

no heavy metal or screamo music.

but if you go to my spotify liked songs on shuffle it's quite the variance. could be an acapella song followed by rap song hahaa

Coolio - Gangsters Paradise
Mary J Blige : Family Affair
Blackstreet- No Diggity ( Fav song while golfing )
Eminem - Lose Yourself
Salt N Pepa - Shoop
Timberlake - Sexyback
There is a list of "different" music for sure.
I'll listen to Eminem. I like his stuff. Not familiar with many of the others though.

My daughters were fans , so my options were limited. Still , I had to go to Backstreet Boys and N-Sync concerts as well. That was pure torture
The boy bands.... Awesome. Times to remember with the kids.

My wife had to take the daughter to Taylor Swift when she first became big. I like some of her music but I wouldn't pay to see her in concert. I got to take my son to Rush.... Think it was like 10 years ago. That was fun.

A throwback to the mid 80's. Heading north of the city to a place called Fenelon Falls , where we had a small cabin on the water. Windows down and the tunes cranked to this one.....

This one always helps with the focus to do better.

This brings back memories.

I had an old checy truck with cassete player and broken AC. I was driving with a friend to the Mexican border to party. Had no tapes in the truck and South Texas was like a desert for decent radio stations. decades ago.

We stopped at Walmart, bought this BTO cassette and listened to it the whole way there and back.
Windows down, singing as loud as we could.

Thanks for that trip down memory lane.

I’m glad you both could remember a nostalgic fun time, back when life was so much more simpler and people were so much more likable. Technology has ruined the quality of a human being in my opinion through the years.
