The casinos are not geared to westerners, where I go in Campuchia where I’m headed tomorrow, only one casino out of 56 has black Jack and nobody is ever at the table. Different culture here , the felts aren’t in English either except in Phnom Penh at Naga but in Bavet and Sihanouk, no English on the felts.​

The casinos in the border towns in Campuchia (two are in SEZ) 99% are unregulated and no ATM machines in the SEZ. If you ever come here I’ll give you a personal tour. Imagine 50+ illegal casinos , no police in the SEZ clubs with kids snorting Ketamine out in the open.

The way they count futures bets is that every bet is considered revenue, and then winning futures are counted as losses. So when the finals happen the books have "losses" as soon as the winning team's futures get paid out, even if the books made a net profit on futures over the course of the season.
