And another thing
People usually don't care for advice in this spot, and gamblers evenmoreso but... before you do it again (and you know you will, right?)... before you bet 10-20x on a game, you may want to make a promise to yourself you'll need to keep:
either
a) This will be the last time you do it UNLESS it wins (and next time you do it, THIS is the amount you'll stick to, not 50-60x, *just* 10-20x like the Ravens and the Guardians in 2024
or
b) You will only do it after reaching a real non-gambling related goal.
(insert a really tough personal goal here, like waking up an hour earlier every day for a month specifically to volunteer at a homeless shelter/church, or do anything around the house you postponed for too long - anything people usually put on a New Year resolutions list and usually forget by January 5th)
This goal should take several weeks to accomplish, giving you time to appreciate the lifestyle gambling has created for you, and to process what's happened to your bankroll, realize this is not the end, and upgrade your game. Because - even when you're giving out soup to the homeless - you will never stop thinking about sports and betting. This isn't a disease, but it can be if you let it.
Good luck managing your loss JDS
