Trump 2024
Proud Boys

It could be a long road, Gold.

If they actually get some border rules in place or declare enforcing existing ones and the economy keeps moving in the direction it has, republicans could run out of things to campaign on.

Remember, a Trump campaign without Bannon and Cambridge aren't nearly as potent as a Trump campaign with those two.

In fact, I was looking on predictit at perhaps taking the party to win the presidency and making some S&P option trades to create positive hedge, for a few bucks. I was, just a few minutes ago, showing my wife what I was considering picking up.

Don't like the number on predict it so might have to trade it the other way, but not sure I want to bet on republicans winning Oval just yet.

I am searching.

If the Fed makes a data driven move to toy with lowering rates next year they could hand it the Dems. I think we are at that type of tipping point.

Current estimates are a 90% change of a rate cut at/before the June 2024 meeting.
Could happen in March.

That's a bit before when the election heats up but it could have a pretty big effect by then.

What favor the republicans did gain this year could disappear on economic news alone.

Republcians could hold up any immigration policy as a campaign tactic to blame the president but that might not work as much as it once could have.

Otherwise it's just impeachment news and promises of concrete evidence each week that doesn't seem to develop. Seems like a shaky campaign strategy.

You couldn't pay me enough to walk that particular route unless you have a death wish.
4,492 hrs is more or less 200 days.. if you decide to make a journey by walking that route, I say add the obstacles like bullets and bombs on the way, so most probably a journey of no return.

One day in 1972, in Seattle, 22-year-old Sotria Kritsonis waited for over an hour for a city bus to take her to school.

During her wait, a VW Beetle pulled up to the curb, and the guy behind the wheel asked her if she wanted a ride. According to Kritsonis, the man said: “I’ve come down Rainier Avenue and that’s a long way and there’s no bus in sight. Would you like a ride?”

She accepted the ride but after entering the car it soon became apparent that the man was driving her in the opposite direction. Kritsonis thought about jumping out of the car, but she realised that wasn’t an option when she noticed her side of the car didn’t have a door handle.

The man behind the wheel then requested her to remove her hat. When she complied, he inquired, "Why did you cut your hair?" It dawned on her that the man must have been stalking her to be aware of her previous hairstyle and recent haircut.

About an hour into their journey, the man abruptly dropped Kritsonis off in front of her school, forcefully pushing her to the ground, and warned her that she was lucky.

She informed her family about what happened, but decided against calling the police. It took about a year and a half for her to realize, while watching TV, that she had been picked up by the infamous serial killer Ted Bundy, who later confessed to the murders of 30 women.

There's no way I am getting in a stranger's car. Also, thanks for that haircut. Looks like Ted changes his mind with that new haircut.
