So hhhmm . Lions interior O-line , basically the gaps to the left and right of the center/ball snapper , struggles against good pass rushers .
This is a good time for those stars on that defensive front to shine . Now normally the interior weakness is negated by rounding out of the pocket but Goff isn't that guy. He's a pocket QB , which bodes well for a prime showing of that Niners D Line dogging that interior gap and breaking Sloth Goff's pocket down .
If his pocket is collapsing all game hea going to have to have one helluva cerebral game on split decision making as well as the skill to complete the plays.
Exploits like this became more magnified in the playoffs where 1 game makes or breaks it
Lions absolutely can't win if Goff doesn't have an above average game . An average game from him prolly won't win it .
Lions also struggle against opposing Tight ends and I think Kittle gonna look to get his skittles off .... Deebo coming back opens up the playbook and a lot of the field and losing him last game helped so much in the momentum category which is everything in a playoff/tournament scenario .
To me if McCaffrey has a great game running and Purdy plays even average with less than 2 turnovers then Niners win . You can't say that for Lions . They need an excellent game from their QB
