I need to update my MMA YTD stats. Maybe tomorrow. My head hurts like a mofo today. I fell last night and smacked the back of my head on the hardwood floor. Knocked myself out. I woke up on the floor with a swollen head and my ribs are sore as fuk. I’ve cracked a rib in the past. Feels the same.

Fuk me. I feel like what Bernardo Sopai probably feels like right now.
Were your pants still on or at your ankles?
Its important.

First time I ever got knocked out in my life.

Came close in my football playing days.
Theee times that I can remember where I was definitely seeing stars, but never went lights out like two nights ago.

Got a fukkin headache today
Did you go to the doctor? You know you have a concussion. Got to worry about CTE now Diggity. No more contact sports including sex.:ROFLMAO:

I did not go to the doctor. Should I?
You were knocked out. MIght have been a good idea to go.
If not, have your girl look stuff up about recovering from a concussion.
Here are a few items I found....
  • Get plenty of sleep at night, and rest during the day.
  • Avoid activities that are physically demanding. They can make your symptoms worse and slow your recovery.
  • Avoid activities, such as contact or recreational sports
  • Because your ability to react may be slower after a concussion, ask your doctor when you can safely drive a car, ride a bike, or operate heavy equipment.
  • Do not drink alcoholic beverages until your doctor says you are well enough. Alcohol and other drugs may slow your recovery and put you at risk of further injury.
  • Avoid sustained computer use, including computer/video games early in the recovery process.
Take care of yourself Diggity.
