I took this time and built a spreadsheet that tracks every single thing I eat every day and breaks down the stats.
One page of the sheet is a master list of everything I eat, that keeps getting added to, and all the nutrition info of that food.
I can then copy and paste all that info into each day, depending on what I eat. I can do this to simulate meals, days, and even weeks of eating.
I can tell whay type of nutrient is responsible for what percentage of overall calories that I eat at any given moment, live, real time and what foods to eat to adjust that diet to keep percentages in order (not too much fat or added sugars, enough protein and carbs, etc).
Days when I get Chipotle are the strongest.
