Back on the weight circuit last Friday and this week. Picked up where I left off weight wise, still strong after a couple of weeks off.

You can see that decline in Total calories in the middle of the chart, that was me tuning down while off. Metabolism already picked up again though. Ate 4000 healthy calories the other day and a ton of fiber to go with it.

I get about 150g of protein every day, someitmes more.

Where does it all go? I'm seriously overeating, lol, and feel like it too.

One month into it and I haven't gained any weight.

See that chart on Aug 14th, where the green fat line overtakes the blue carb line and the purple line at the bottom goes above 10%?

I had eggs and sausage patties in the morning, almonds during the day, and In N Out double double that night.

Took in a lot of fat, including saturated, from the sausage and burger, and almonds are loaded with good fats.

Small tweaks show up in my charts.
