The problem is if you live in a democratic state, you will be the one going to jail for using self defense against the crazies

In a Republican state they encourage you to protect yourself & support your safety against criminals

U R Absolutely CORRECT !!! Would still rather be Judged by twelve than carried by six & remove some of these MF SAVAGES from HARMING or killing other INNOCENTS.
Would HIRE a GOOD ATTY and attempt to get the juristiction changed to a Venue where I could GET a FAIR TRIAL as those PATHEIC BRAIN DEAD lefties in the blue jury pools are WORTHLESS.
