Odds with a delay are basically useless. Everyone with real time odds has a huge advantage over you.
Delayed odds are useful for someone with 3-4 accounts checking quickly to see who has the best number on a game.

For someone actively trading or moving large amounts, a delayed screen is no use.

I haven't used one of those softwares but if they are not provided with an API from the bookies, it's technically impossible to have real time odds. By web scraping you ll have a delay of some seconds in the good case scenario. And the latter is usually the case.

In my eyes, either they baptize it real time or they have private access to the bookies API where nobody else has which would be weird.

They are given access to the API feed. It’s not weird.

I had a more extensive look actually in the platforms and I saw they cover only a few leagues, the super major ones.
For instance:
"We currently cover NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, WNBA, CFB and CBB"

It seems, bookies are sharing an API in very few liquid markets which they welcome sharp action on.

They also have soccer, tennis, golf, boxing, and UFC. What else are you looking for?
