Has been following the forum for months.

Got an email from Jennings that "Our site is currently operated under the Isle of Man and British licences of TGP Europe Ltd but in future, will be operated by FSB Technology [UK] Ltd. FSB is licensed by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain (licence number: 000-022201-R-305119-015)"

It doesn't make much sense as FSB sites are closing all the time.

I wouldn't worry about this. Although I'm not a fan of FSB, they're a reputable outfit and still have plenty of active sites, many of them going back years.

Am a bit puzzled about the Jenningsbet switch from TGP, though, as I always thought the two of them were inextricably linked. Will be interesting to see if any other TGP sites switch as well - e.g. the likes of Setantabet, Beteast, Sportpesa and co.
