Update with progress play, I was underpaid on three different occasions with progress play books.
Limited- verification- request withdrawal- paid out to the same numerical value but in a different currency, always a currency which was worth less than my account currency. This happened three times in the space of 6 weeks.
After I was underpaid, without mentioning it I would email support to ask what my account currency was, they would confirm with me. I would then reply asking why on earth was I paid in another currency then which meant I was underpaid. Everytime, a swift apology was given and the payment rectified but no reason given.
I don't see how this is a coincidence and I urge you to check your payments carefully when playing with these books.
