Hello, addressing the earlier messages. There are a couple things that I’m considering based on my interactions with customer service up to this point. So far I have only communicated directly with Front End members of customer service. Here they are in order:
1. Initial chat: agent wrongly told me my money was “transferred to my casino account” and I needed to transfer it back.
2. Call following chat: Agent let me know the first agent was incorrect and in fact the money was lost in the casino. I asked to review fraud
3. Call ~3 hours later: “no suspicious login activity” I ask for more details regarding device and IP address and to be transferred to a supervisor. Wait on hold 10+ minutes for supervisor and ultimately hang up as in the mean time I have found out Dave Mason may be a resource. I want to wait for his response.
4. Next morning Call: same customer service agent tells me there’s a login at 3:37 AM EST from an iPhone XR w ATT wifi. I ask for hand by hand bet history info and can’t provide it and tells me repeatedly BOL is not responsible.
I reach out to Dave after this asking how to proceed, especially interested in hand by hand casino history. After all, there are infinite ways to lose $9,600 and it is very important to examine. Turns out, this information is not even available yet, due to the use of a third party casino provider. I also ask him to look into the login at 3:37 AM EST and he says he will do this too. In addition, he has his boss, other higher ups reviewing this situation.
Through this all, most importantly. I did not log in from any device from the time I went to sleep and the time I discovered the losses. The allegation of 3:37 AM login in addition to the initial information I received when I reached out to customer service is bizarre. Keep in mind, the agent that repeatedly stressed the 3:37 AM login already knew my device, internet provider because I told CS these devices the day before. Call me a skeptic, but it is not unreasonable to hypothesize that the alleged login was not truly recorded and was merely told to me as a way to try to close the matter.
