The Lions struggled in the red zone Sunday against Tampa Bay, as they scored just one touchdown in seven trips to the red zone. Overall, the effort was not up to the standard set by a unit that has been one of the league's best under Ben Johnson's direction the last two seasons.

“Coach Johnson, he said to blame himself. Of course, we’re the 11 guys out there on the field, so we feel like we’re credible for everything that we put out there on the tape as well," LaPorta explained. "I’m sure you can expect some more creative play calls as well as better execution. We had a couple penalties in the red zone last week. We went backwards a couple times which is unacceptable and it’s just gonna make it harder for you to score down there.”

The Lions have struggled to find their game on offense and stalled out in the red zone. Everyone has been out of sync, Amon Ra is banged up, Laporta has been a non factor and received 1 target this year in red zone. After producing 2 duds at home they have a favorable match up to get right . I expect the Lions to have a wake up call and be ready to let it rip and roll this week in Arizona. Laporta anytime TD might be worth a look, if you like those kind of plays. I believe they get back to targeting their tight end after watching the film of him being open and not getting his in the red zone. AZ can be beat by the numbers by tight ends
I am a believer in Goff and this offense putting up 28-31 points this week, and getting back on track.

The Cardinals have been putting up points every week, Kyler Murray is healthy and looks like a major problem for opposing defenses. Marvin Harrison Jr is a pro's pro. He was quoted about dropping a ball and how he needs to get better, instead of drinking the koolaid of himself after a monster game. He is just trying to get bettter. James Conner is probably the most underrated running back in the league, guy is a load to tackle. I expect both teams to be marching up and down the field, and Kyler can keep a hot hand. The Detroit secondary is still very young and exploitable. With Kyler extra time scrambling this is a matchup nightmare for Detroit, look at Lamar performance last year in Baltimore.

Now, let's talk about State Farm stadium in Arizona, every game in this stadium last year played here went OVER the total, Last week another over. Lions had 2 duds at home and will go get back in sync on the road this week, and Zona will stay hot and get theirs. Dortch and Harrison Jr will have big games.
This is a dome stadium and I will attack the highest total on the board and ride the trend , give me the OVER 52 .

Det offense is a shell of what they were last year. Goff missing many throws and they have no downfield game. And their defense is much better. Their games will be under all year
