Alcarez zero shot to win draw too tough and he has struggled entire month vs anyone hardcourts

If Swiatek gets to Coco she better win or her career is over as far as ever beating Gauf again although I think Swiatek gets her 2-0 long way off though

The match stats were so lopsided to Swiatek side as far as so many break chances but she choked which seems to becoming a problem for her

Iga doesn't have serve dominance. She can break serve better than any other woman on tour, but her hold rate is lower than expected especially for being #1. That's how she is beatable

Sammy, excellent observation, but have you noticed she’s starting to shake when she plays with nerves she has to overcome that, I think the pressure of being number one is getting to her
shes been #1 for 18 months or so. She's already handled the pressure being #1. The new pressure is the other woman figuring out and adjusting to her game. This will force Iga to adjust herself

She is defending 2000 points here. Sabalenka could overtake world #1 pending results

Djokovic guaranteed #1 post US Open, but has a lot of points to defend end of year. Next 6 months will be lots of hopping 1-2

I’m thinking of going all in Carlos not to win

Sammy, the one girl she doesn’t wanna play is Coco it’s America’s Darling, that is extremely hard with pressure even though she’s a better player

The new generation girl is just not tough mentally for various reasons, and one of them is the social media angle

I like the tiger she really doesn’t choke, she just plays stupid

Sabalenka is definition of choking. She could have 3-4 grand slams. Countless semi finals losing. Look at French Open this year. Match points and choked away match. A few years ago US Open semis against Fernandez. That's just right off top of my head

she is getting better, but those double faults are always hard to over come and shes a heavy hitter. When shes not on target the unforced errors add up fast.

Ill likely be on Djokovic as well. 1st time back in USA in 2 years and you can see what it means to him especially after Cincy title. Joker has the record for most master 1000 titles and the celebration was that of a grand slam. it still means every thing to him to win especially in USA where he was banned for year

and saadly with this new covid bull shit coming back they could try and ban him again next year. Hope not, but who knows

Also 3/5 sets. Alcaraz certainly struggled all month, but he fought his way to a QF 3 set loss to Tommy Paul and Finals madness loss to Djokovic. keep in mind he had championship point as well in tiebreaker 2nd set

Alcaraz won't be easy to beat being 3/5. Where he will lose will be the biggest question if at all. Maybe Medvedev in semis, but Alcaraz owns Meddy
