I'm on Sinner as well. Rune played good, but keep in mind Rune had a Walkover in Round of 16 where Medvedev was last match on after rain delay. He had around 15 hours from when the match ended to when he was ready to play QF where as Rune essentially had a day off, little practice

Rune took advantage fitness wise, also Med hates clay

Sinner overall much better clay court player. Should be strong fire power, going to crush the ball on both sides, but Sinner should get it done
