Death is not a legal trade, hence no contract can exist. Ask Kevorkian!
My assumption would be that no witness would exist to contradict the consensual start, so the question would be:
1- can they prove the finish was post mortem
2- what defines death...i.e. was the brain still working? How about voluntary or involuntary muscle movements
3- would the deceased feel abused

I think TT would be ok to hang with actually. In fairness, we haven't heard his complete story yet. We all have used sports forums over the years for different reasons whether just our work schedules and never getting to get out or just not social peeps so we all can be awkward in our own way. I wouldn't worry one bit with a guy like TT. I appreciate his honestly and openness to be honest. I would be more worried about the poster who acts as someone who they are not and continues to live and believe the delusion and no Tuesday I am not talking about an obvious gimmick "persona" like Vitty.
Minny, you posted this in the poker/BJ thread but I would be more worried with a poster like this who fvcking acts rich yet is going off on a cat and pissed off over rolling over fvcking points, Not real cash but fvcking points.

Can anyone confirm this, I was told and I haven't looked too much into this. I was told today that Denmark is one of the only places that you can go to and have an assisted suicide by a doctor in a legal and humane way. I would think there are way more countries that you are able to do this, not sure though?

Euthanasia is currently legal in seven jurisdictions: the Netherlands (since 2002), Belgium (since 2002), Luxemburg (since 2009), Colombia (since 2015), Canada (since 2016) and Victoria (since 2017) and Western Australia (since 2019) in Australia (Table 1).

Guys do you know that there 's really a real "Sleeping Prince"? -- Prince Al-Waleed bin Khaled bin Talal is a Saudi prince who's been in coma for 17 years and till now family is still not ready to give up on him. I guess euthanasia is not a thing if you ca afford to pay the expenses, but for real I feel sorry for the prince, 17 years is too much.
