I ate at a McDonalds in Mexico in 2016 to see if it was same as in US....
Had the s#its for a week.







Yep.... Its exactly the same.

The probability of diarrhea is high in these fast food places if stomach if not accustomed to it.

If having a gut bomb, I'll get it to go so I can eat it at home and be close to the toilet.
