I'm not sold on Rutgers. They should have lost last week vs Washington at home. All the stats post-game indicate Washington had a win probability over 75%.

This game doesn't show up as a lot of + or - EV on my sheets so I'm staying away but, Nebraska is on par with Washington and since its on the road for Rutgers, I'd lean more towards Nebraska -7.

Hate to disagree but that's how I read this one.
