Eat nothing at all for 7 days besides drink water and you’ll lose 15 lbs. Your body can live off the fat already on you very easily. I once did it for 69 hours and lost 7 lbs.
At first glance I wouldn't think not eating at all for 7 days would be healthy at all. Plus once you do start eating again wouldn't you just gain it all back?

I'm really thinking about doing the intermittent fasting. And just watch my calorie intake
