Florida is the wild west with all these new ppl. Can pay a company $25k for a 5 acre fence or grab a methhead pay his team $10k

That’s every handy person type business right now.

Doesn’t take much skill - just basic carpentry and labor.

Of course $20 an hour to dig holes in the heat and use your back - or stand in front of a fryer - what sounds more appealing. Hence the lack of availability - no workers (at least documented ones).
