A movie similar to "One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest".

Saving people from being down and out in a psycho ward. I would die in the end via a heart attack while playing craps in Vegas. A hooker (Jennifer Garner) would be at my side and the guys I "rescued" from the mental hospital would all be gambling, drinking, and each have their own hookers at their side winning millions. While I fall dead.... the guys don't give a s#it and keep throwing dice.
