But isn't that worth it when you're a bad team like ATL? Plus you have an awesome backfield counterpart (Patterson), and a TE with HUGE upside (Pitts) when Lamar loves TEs.....I think you gotta make this happen, if you can!
Why are you so confident that all of those teams would be out of the sweepstakes? All of them have attractive pieces to move, and a need at QB (depending on how you feel about Tua, of course)

Irsay loves stiff QBs that are past their prime, so I guess this would take them out of the mix for Lamar
I personally think the Colts have a roster that, in the AFC South, are a good QB away from being a playoff team. I know they were bad last season, but they still have a lot of talent on that roster
Atl has nothing to lose. Ridder is useless. He wasnt even great in college. Arthur Smith has a run first offensive scheme anyways. Patterson is not the right back though. I love him but he is a low volume ball carrier. He cant carry the ball 20-25 times.
Agreed on Patterson's workload, but you add Lamar and another back to that mix, and he's a really nice piece at like 15 touches a game (running/passing combined)

Those could be the "company lines" for all those franchises, sure. But I'm guessing that all of those teams wouldn't say no to a Lamar deal if the price is right.
