He simply cant have much money at all. He used to post screenshots of $5000-$10000 bankrolls whenever he had them. Fast as fuk to prove to the internet he wasnt broke. Past few years those screenshots very hard to come by. 50 yrs old borrows his wifes car to snag $15/hr delivering food on weekend nights. Buried.

I can’t imagine his wife actually enjoys sex with him at his sad looking self.

Half a millionaire here.
$400k equity in my main residence.
$100k equity in my rental home.
Less than $100k in my Roth 401k.

Thinking about selling my main residence and rolling over the $400k to buy a new home outright so I don't have to worry about mortgage payments on it and then retire. Will wait until I have a bit more equity in the rental house before I sell that.

You are doing rather well for yourself and I’m sure you live within your means. Thanks for sharing your financial situation.

I do live within my means but I also want to retire soon. I would have to find a part-time job to live on my retirement income still living in my current house. Selling my main residence and scaling down in size to a cheaper house that I could pay off totally would solve that. Besides, I've been in hell for the past 15 years. It's OK outside of summer but it's still getting pretty old.

Hell.

Phoenix area. Like I said, its not bad outside summer and it's only hot during the late afternoons/early evenings then, but it's getting old.

My Mom and sister live in the high country at about a mile high. Temps rarely get above 100 and only get in the 20s at night in the winter. I'm thinking about moving up there.

Come on over! My Mom said it does get windy at times but there are also mountains with pine trees where you can live that block the wind that are about 15-20 minutes from most shopping.

Not real big but has enough of everything. An hour and a half to the big city if you can't find it here:
